-- Containment (poly barriers) and Protection for Yourself are THE most Important parts of your project. Seal mold in the room and away from you! |  Individual rooms are easy to contain once the preparation is done. Make sure to seal off the doorway to minimize cross contamination. |

 Once you have determined where to cut into walls, use a chalk line and straight edge. Square openings are easier to repair. |  Longer walls require a little more time and effort, but make sure that you attempt as straight a cut as possible, making Build Back easier. |
 Exposed areas should be cleaned and vacuumed before beginning clean up. This area is ready to be scraped, sanded and sprayed. |  Tear out can seem never ending once you begin to open up walls and expose the infestation you can't see with-out exposing it. |
 This floor plate was barely salvageable after exposure and sanding. Always try to save any structural components when-ever possible. |  You may be able to expose infested areas w/out removing tubs and large appliances etc., but be prepared to do what it takes. |
