Once you have determined where to cut into walls,
use a chalk line and straight edge. Square openings
are easier to repair.

Longer walls require a little more time and effort,
but make sure that you attempt as straight a
cut as possible, making Build Back easier.

Exposed areas should be cleaned and vacuumed
before beginning clean up. This area is ready to
be scraped, sanded and sprayed.

Tear out can seem never ending once you begin to
open up walls and expose the infestation you can't
see with-out exposing it.

This floor plate was barely salvageable after
exposure and sanding. Always try to save
any structural components when-ever possible.

You may be able to expose infested areas w/out
removing tubs and large appliances etc., but be
prepared to do what it takes.
